Any project timelines provided are estimates only.Delays may occur due to factors beyond our reasonable control, including weather conditions, regulatory approvals, site access issues, material shortages, or third‑party dependencies.
Delays caused by client instructions, variations, or external authorities shall not be considered a breach of contract.
5. Payments
Payment terms, schedules, and methods will be clearly defined in the written project agreement or contract.Failure to make payments in accordance with agreed terms may result in suspension of work, delays, or additional costs.
Any late payment consequences will be governed by the written agreement between the parties.
